Terms & Conditions
01 Application form should be submitted at least 60 days before the provisional date of departure. AMTREK will confirm your booking, within 05 days of your application.
02 When the booking is made the following details must be disclosed. Full name as in passport, date of birth, nationality, sex, occupation and a medical certificate to travel.
03 Upon the confirmation 50% deposit is required and the final balance must be paid before the commencement of the tour ( in Kathmandu)
04 Incase of any difference/ disputes during the tour, the decision of AMTREK will be final and binding.


Cancellation of the trip
01 US$ 250 non refundable will be charged and balance will be refunded if the cancellation in intimated 01 month before the departure date.
02 A 50 % cancellation charge of the total package amount will be refunded if the trip cancels between 15 - 29 days before the commencement of the tour.
03 No cancellation will be accepted within 14 days of the commencement date.
